Pastor Juan is the Senior Pastor of Calvary Chapel River Cities. Originally from Southern California, he moved to Bullhead City with his wife, Teresa and their three children in 2004. After attending Calvary Chapel Bullhead City (Calvary Chapel Desert Light) for 14 years, Juan and Teresa were called out to pastor Calvary Chapel River Cities, formally Calvary Chapel Mohave, from CCM founding Pastor Craig Burroughs. Pastor Juan holds a BA in Secondary English and has taught middle school English for 10 years at a local charter school. Pastor Juan and Teresa were called to CCM in 2015, and Pastor Juan has been leading CCRC as senior pastor since June of 2015. He and Teresa have three children, Juan, Reyna, Joshua, and four grandchildren. Pastor Chuck Kelly of CC Desert Light ordained Pastor Juan on March 15, 2015 after being a Middle School Youth Leader for 10 years. 

Teresa Hartman oversees all of the women's ministries at Calvary Chapel River Cities. Her husband, Juan Hartman, is the Senior Pastor. The Hartman's moved here from Southern California in the 2004 and Teresa has been involved in various ministries since attending Calvary Chapel Desert Light and coming to Calvary Chapel River Cities. She and Pastor Juan have three children, Juan, Reyna, Joshua, and four grandchildren.
